I have been seeing Nadyne for the past few years. She has helped me so many times with the aches and pains that I, occasionally, had and have. I love the relax part of the massage, it is a great stress reliever..She is so professional and cares a lot about helping people. I highly recommend her to anybody ,but especially to first-timers.....give massage a try,it will change your life! I am so glad of her newest endeavor and I wish her the best success! I've been to a few different massage therapists over the years and Nadyne is by far my favorite. She pays such careful attention to detail from the relaxing background music to always making sure you're warm and comfortable during the massage. You can tell she really cares about her craft and enjoys helping people feel better. She always makes sure to help with the aches and pains while maintaining the utmost professionalism. I have had several massages from Nadyne and love love her.  She is very professional and although I thought I would feel awkward being undressed she put me right at ease.  I feel like she makes the clients needs top priority.  I strongly recommend trying the hot stone add on.  I sent my husband to her for his birthday and now all he wants every occasion is a massage lol -- Brandy

 

I've had a  number of massage therapists in the DC area before I recently moved to the Richmond, VA area.  I have been to "Relax and Revive" twice now and I will definitely be back.  Nadyne Wilfong is terrific, perhaps the most technically skilled of any therapist I have visited.  I am not expert on different styles, but hers works and is a wonderful experience.  I highly recommend "Relax and Revive"!!!  Feeling stressed?  This could be just the tonic you need. -- Kevin

Very relaxing and effective massage.  I had been experiencing shoulder pain for about two weeks and Nadyne really alleviated a lot of the pain.  She was focused on making sure I was comfortable throughout the massage.  The suite was very quiet, which allowed me to really drift away during the massage. -- Danika
